Delete your account or data

Everlumen LLC · Effective October 23, 2026

You can request deletion of your whole Residency.Casa account, or specific information while keeping the account. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to use the email route.

The email route is available from any platform, including iOS, whether or not an in-app request control is available in your version.

Request deletion by email

Email support@residency.casa, preferably from your account address. State whether you want your whole account deleted or only particular records removed.

Request removal of specific data

The links open your email app; they do not submit a request automatically. If no email app opens, copy the address and send your request from your email provider.

What to include

Never send passwords, recovery phrases, payment-card details or a full identity document. We may verify ownership to protect you from unauthorized requests.

Request from the app

In the current Android app, open Account → Delete Account. Check the account shown, review the explanation, select the confirmation checkbox and tap Request deletion. Keep the case reference shown after the request is saved. If a request cannot be confirmed, reopen the dialog to check its status or contact support@residency.casa. Older app versions may direct you to support; the email route above remains available without installing the app or signing in. A saved request is not confirmation that every copy has been erased. You may export records you want to keep; exporting is not a condition for requesting deletion.

What happens next

  1. Receipt and verification: The Android app shows a case reference after a request is saved. For email requests, Everlumen support records the request and replies with a case reference. We check ownership and clarify which data you want removed.
  2. Scope and timing: support explains the next steps, expected timing for your case and any applicable retention exception. If timing changes, support provides an updated status.
  3. Removal and follow-up: eligible primary account and stored-file removal is processed automatically. Support reviews unresolved ownership, shared records or incomplete removal, and follows up on provider records, backup copies and other devices. We distinguish completed work from any outstanding copies or restrictions.
  4. Result: support notifies you what was removed, what remains and why, and any further steps. You can reply with your case reference for an update or to question the result.

What gets deleted

A full-account request includes account/profile information, associated GPS and travel history, notes and change history, uploaded documents/photos, account-held encryption material and sharing relationships. Support also reviews provider records and backup copies. Specific-data requests identify the records and associated copies you want removed. Support can explain what has been completed, any remaining steps and applicable exceptions.

Ordinary edits or hiding an item may preserve original evidence and history. Use this process for erasure. Files exported to your device or sent to an advisor, employer or other recipient may remain under that recipient's control; remove or request deletion of those copies separately.

Timeframes and retained information

See Privacy Policy retention details. App-store transaction records can have retention requirements separate from your Residency.Casa account.

Subscriptions are separate

Account deletion or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a recurring subscription. Cancel through the store or payment provider that billed you to stop future charges. Cancellation is not required before requesting deletion.

For a store subscription, use Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. See the subscription terms for cancellation, restore and refund information. Store transaction records may remain separately from your Residency.Casa account, as explained above.
